SHIPPING

All orders are shipped within 1 to 3 business days after purchase. We use the United States Postal Service. Delivery varies depending on location

All orders placed Monday-Wednesday will usually ship out from our warehouse the next day (holidays excluded), pending availability and credit card authorization. All orders placed Thursday after 8AM GMT, as well as on Friday, Saturday or Sunday, will usually ship out on Monday.

Kosmetika Beauty Supplies recommends to its buyers that at the time of placing their order they include the signature option of reception with an extra charge with which they can ensure that their package is delivered in their hands and avoid any type of loss or theft of their order.

We are not responsible for packages delivered at door or mailbox by parcel, lost or stolen without a signature.

Once you get your package you had to check the content of it, you have 48 hours to make your reclamation, IMPORTANT! No complaint will be accepted after 48 hours

RETURNS

We will only accept return requests if
We delivered a damage/defective item(s) to customer. However, we will ensure all items are in good quality and good conditions before we send it out, we will make sure the package is wrapped nicely and securely to avoid any damages.
you have 48 hours after you received you package to make your reclamation.
Please if you return your item remember to fill out the returns note and pop it in your parcel.
Please note orders are returned at your own cost, and we recommend you use a tracked service and keep your proof of postage.

RETURN PROCEDURE

In your email/whatsapp, please include:
Your full name, address, contact details
Order Confirmation Number /tracking number
Items being returned along with a brief reason.

Once the return is authorized, the procedure is as follows:

1.- Return the complete package to the direction of the company. The return cost is borne by the customer.
2.-The client must pay $ 3 usd so that his package is delivered with signature of confirmation to the bank details of the company.

Once we receive the package in bad condition.
4.-The new package will be sent to the address given by the client. The number of several guides will send through the email provided by the client.
